Excavation and Install Manager Job Details Near King of Prussia, PA
We are looking for a Manager to oversee the Excavation and Installation section of our company, which handles underground plumbing, piping, bedding, etc… Our business has been consistently expanding and we are looking for employees with the right work ethic to become part of our skilled team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and overseeing the installation and dig schedule
- Organizing work projects for excavation, pipe installation, pipe bedding, and the use of trenchless technologies
- Showing professionalism and commitment to clients in order to provide great service and a positive reflection of the company
- Tracking project profitability, work order invoices, and daily sales goals
- Professionally interacting with clients throughout project process
- Obtaining PA-1 call numbers, permits, and scheduling inspections
- Running regular meetings with install crews
- Performing crew vehicle inspections
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: * Experience with Drainline excavation / installation or related field
- Management/Supervisor experience
- Knowledge of proper specifications for work zone traffic control
- Can manage multiple senior installers simultaneously
- Ability to review a project, develop a profitable estimate, and close sale
- Confidence towards developing relationships with clients for ongoing business opportunities
Compensation: * $70,000-$90,000 per year
