Bait and switch company. I made an appt for their $83 main line drain clearing and when they came out they told me they had to collect payment before providing the service. I had an emergency clogged toilet at my business. I had back to back clients and called 8 different plumbers that either didn’t answer or weren’t able to help. TLC came to my rescue! TLC got a plumber to come out immediately. Conor was amazing. Identified the issue very quickly and told us what we need to do. We shall be using TLC and Conor for all future needs! Great company!
