Responsibilities: Being on time, and ready to work when your day begins Eagerness to learn about how our services are performed and how the equipment operates Making sure the truck that you will be working in that day is: Washed, interior cleaned, stocked with supplies, fluids checked and topped off, and any maintenance that is needed on both vehicle and equipment a request is turned into the shop manager. Filling out and tracking sales on scorecard Ability to diagnose, repair and recommend options for boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless split systems and water heaters Positive interaction with clients to show them your professionalism and commitment to providing great service and positive reflection of the company Repair and maint. of residential plumbing systems, water heater replacement and installs, duct work, boiler piping, furnaces, boilers, ductless splits, refrigeration, line sets, etc. Being able to work an on-call rotation Filling out Foreman’s report on new apprentices Ability to teach new new apprentices basic knowledge of the industry to become Junior Service Technicians * Other duties as assigned
